Colombia advances to the Copa America final

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - James Rodriguez served up his sixth assist of the tournament to help 10-man Colombia beat Uruguay 1-0 in the semifinals of the Copa America on Wednesday.

The Real Madrid midfielder's perfectly weighted pass found Duvan Zapata in the box, and the striker made no mistake with a clinical finish in the 74th minute.

Colombia had to play the final 15 minutes with 10 men after Yerry Mina was sent off for a second yellow card, but they held on to secure their place in the final.

Colombia will now face Brazil in the final on Sunday, while Uruguay will play Argentina in the third-place game.
